Meet your Hosts;

Lou... is a media and communications specialist with over 20 years’ experience of working in the media, marketing and PR communications industry. Starting out as a journalist, reporter and broadcaster on TV and Radio, she’s written articles for print and online media plus worked with big names such as the BBC, Superdrug, Nationwide Building Society LloydsPharmacy, The King's Trust to name a few. As a Chartered Public Relations Practitioner with the CIPR (Chartered Institute of Public Relations), Lou’s received industry recognition, winning several awards and accolades for communications and radio projects. Lou also runs her very own media, comms and coaching business; Soundbite Media.

From working in call centres and with penguins (not at the same time), arranging for a 104 year to be arrested (for fun) and being a firefighter for a day - she’s done it all and she’s not finished yet…

 

Sue .... is a professional pilot with over 18 years flying experience. She’s been a Tug Pilot pulling up gliders, an Air Ambulance Assist Pilot operating for the emergency services and is now a Corporate Pilot flying the rich and famous across Europe in private jets. Passionate about flying Sue’s run the scholarship programme for the British Women Pilots’ Association, volunteers on Spitfire days for the Biggin Hill Heritage Hangar and speaks in schools as a STEM Ambassador for the Aviatrix Project which aims to encourage young people into flying. As a first-time Mum to the lovely Freya, she is also navigating the new adventures of parenthood with an 18 month old walking, talking bundle of mischief and her husband the one and only Max-in-a-million.

Frankie Cohen is a self employed Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, offering one-to-one PT sessions and teaching group classes at Nuffield Health and Energie gyms, both based in Wokingham, Berkshire. Whilst teaching a variety of fitness classes her true passions lie in Spin and Pilates and sharing her love of health, fitness and the joy of movement with others. Super proud of her inspirational mum, who is still teaching fitness at nearly 70 years old, Frankie has followed in her mum’s footsteps, even running and managing her own boutique gym.
 
Ready to share her wealth of knowledge in all things health and fitness, Frankie is flying the flag for inclusivity, positivity and holding a fitness safespace for everyone at all fitness levels.

Amanda Hamilton began working for the BBC, raising funds for drama productions, where she found her talent and passion for negotiating and cutting deals. Quitting her corporate job to start a business selling high-end teas from a Tuk-Tuk van at a railway station in South East London, she soon started experimenting in her kitchen with a blend of spices, after first trying Chai whilst backpacking across India. 
Customers loved her recipe and she soon started selling to local coffee shop baristas, before moving onto supplying major supermarkets and high street coffee chains. Amanda expanded the business, eventually exporting her product to over 20 countries and becoming CEO of her own multinational business… Drink Me Chai. Now a business mentor, Amanda is inspiring a new generation of start-ups.

Tiffany King would describe herself as a ‘theatre maker’ working as an actor, writer and director. 2022 was a turning point. She decided to quit her teaching job and apply to the prestigious and highly exclusive RADA (Royal Academy of Dramatic Art).
She got her place and studied intensively for her MA all whilst juggling home-life, family and her own performing arts school business.
