Meet your Hosts;

Lou is a media and communications specialist with over 20 years’ experience of working in the media, marketing and PR communications industry. Starting out as a journalist, reporter and broadcaster on TV and Radio, she’s written articles for print and online media working with big names such as the BBC, Superdrug, LloydsPharmacy, Prince's Trust to name a few. As a Chartered Public Relations Practitioner (Chart.PR) with the CIPR (Chartered Institute of Public Relations), Lou’s received industry recognition, winning several awards and accolades. Founding member of the colleague l REACH Network = Racial Equality and Culture Heritage Network, she also volunteers for the Black Comms Network supporting learning and peer-to-peer networking in the industry. Working a full-time media and communications job, Lou also runs her very own media, comms and coaching business; SoundbiteMediaComms. Despite all this, she’s still found the time to start a podcast, plan a wedding and get married to the very lovely George. Congratulations !!!   

 

Sue is a professional pilot with over 18 years flying experience. She’s been a Tug Pilot pulling up gliders, an Air Ambulance Assist Pilot operating for the emergency services and is now a Corporate Pilot flying the rich and famous across Europe in private jets. Passionate about flying Sue’s run the scholarship programme for the British Women Pilots’ Association, volunteers on Spitfire days for the Biggin Hill Heritage Hangar and speaks in schools as a STEM Ambassador for the Aviatrix Project which aims to encourage young people into flying. As a first-time Mum to the lovely Freya, she is also navigating the new adventures of parenthood with an 18 month old walking, talking bundle of mischief and her husband the one and only Max-in-a-million.
